Chanachur

The most crunchy, tasty, spicy, twisted taste is Chanachur. In South-East Asia, it is really a famous food, mix up of many things makes it delicious.

Here, we are going with the formula.


Raw Materials:
1. Besan: 350 kgs
2. Nut: 150 kgs
3. Dal: 100 kgs
4. Lentil Pulses: with Gram: 50 kgs
5. Chira: 100 kgs
6. Salt: 10 kgs
7. Bit Salt: 10 kgs
8. Citric Acid: 1 kg
9. Chili Powder: 10 kgs
10. Turmeric Powder: 02.50 kgs
11. Palm Oil: 350 kgs
12. Chinnamon: As Needed
13. Elach: As Needed
14. Clown: As Needed
15. Jayple: As Needed
16. Jaytree: As Needed
17. Cumin: As Needed
18. Ginger: As Needed
19. Hing: As Needed
20. Tasting Salt: As Needed
21. Mixing Machine

Process:
1. Make sticks from Besan and cut it in size.
2. Crisp it with Palm Oil.
3. Mix all other things with mixer.
4. Care about Chanachur and do not make it powder
5. Pack & Sell.
