Process:
1. Set Rosout with Rose Water for a night.
2. Sieve the water by a clean cloth.
3. Keep it with another clean ot.
4. Take a saucepan of steel or aluminium and give a low heat the Vaseline.
5. When it will start to melt, it will be mixed with Lamp Black and Camphor.
6. Mix it in all way smoothly.
7. Take down the saucepan from stove.
8. Mix the mixer of Rosout and Rose Water' mixer with it.
9. Wave it till be cool.
10. Pack it and sell it.
