Sponge Cake
In local area or local stalls naturally sell the sponge cake. People on the road eat the cake. You can earn lot if you sell tasty cake. The accurate proportion is the key to success. You can back a cake after  knowing the formula. Here is the details of raw materials and procedures.


Raw Materials:
1. Flour: 232 gms
2. Quality Sugar: 350 gms
3. Butter: 30 gms
4. Water 350 gms
5. Egg 12 pcs

Tools:
1. 2 Saucepans
2. Egg Separator
3. Dice Tray
4. Stove
5.Woven

Process:
1. Polish inner side of a Saucepan with Butter and heat it.
2. After getting heat, put Sugar in it and wave it.
3. Put in Water.
4. After mixing sugar with water, put down the Sauce pan from stove.
5. Take another Saucepan and polish  it with Butter. Heat it.
6. After getting heat, put Flour in it.
7. After few moments, mix Sugar-Water mixture in it.
8. Make paste.
9. Separate the liquid part of Eggs by Egg Separator.
10. Mix the liquid part in such way that mix inner deep.
11. Polish the dice with Butter.
12. Put the whole mixture in it.
13. Cover it.
14. Put it into Woven for few moments. If you have no Woven, you can put it on Stove and keep it heating equal all side with dim.
15. You will get Sponge Cake. Sell it.
